Our store offers home storage and organization products for kitchens, closets, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

These Terms apply alongside our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Information. Together, they explain the conditions of your purchase and how to contact us when assistance is needed.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled items and any associated charges that no longer apply.

Tracking details will be emailed after shipment. Carrier updates may take time to appear.

🧭 Tracking Stalled or a Package Missing?

Please email service@morvpvp.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the shipment and coordinate an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where warranted.

A “Delivered” tracking status does not automatically close a missing-package inquiry.

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us promptly so we can assess whether a correction is still possible.

🛠️ A Change of Plan?

Need to change an item, update an address, or cancel your purchase? Oh, it happens—please contact us as soon as possible.

We will check the order’s status and help where a change remains possible. Requests may no longer be achievable once fulfillment or dispatch has progressed.

There is no cancellation fee when we successfully cancel an order before fulfillment.

If cancellation is no longer possible, eligible merchandise may still be returned under our Return & Refund Policy. A cancellation request alone does not confirm that the order has been cancelled.

↩️ Returning an Eligible Purchase

Not quite the right fit for your space? Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Items must generally be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition with their packaging and included components. These conditions do not restrict assistance for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Our team will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Please do not send merchandise to our registered business address. It is not a designated returns location.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

Any product-specific return exclusions must be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Oh no—please let us know if your order arrives damaged, has missing components, contains the wrong item, or does not materially match its description.

Keep the packaging and relevant components while we review the issue, where reasonably possible. Your order number and clear photos can help us understand what happened.

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange missing parts, a replacement, reshipment, an approved return, or a refund. You will not be required to pay additional costs to correct goods that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description.

💸 When to Expect Your Refund

For approved returns, refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

If a return is unnecessary, we will explain when the approved refund will be initiated.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. If the stated processing period has passed, contact us so we can check the refund status.

• Keep rolling storage units away from steps and uneven surfaces.

• Follow the stated food-use and cleaning instructions for food storage containers.

• Do not assume an item is dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, oven-safe, or freezer-safe unless its product information expressly confirms this.

Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification about dimensions, compatibility, or included parts.

We remain responsible for the obligations that apply to us as the seller.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights relating to defective goods, inaccurate descriptions, refunds, product safety, or any liability that cannot lawfully be restricted.
